El Quetzal is a Mexican restaurant in Brussels built on experience, passion, and a clear understanding of what people look for when searching for authentic Mexican food in the city.
Before launching El Quetzal, we were part of other Mexican restaurants in Brussels, where we learned what works in the local market and what customers expect when they look for tacos, burritos, and traditional Mexican cuisine.
In 2023, we decided to create our own concept: a Mexican restaurant in Brussels focused on offering the dishes people truly want to eat, combining authenticity with a practical approach adapted to the local audience.
Our menu includes popular favorites like tacos al pastor, beef tacos, and burritos, inspired by different regions of Mexico such as Mexico City, Puebla, and Cancún.
